Short lists of products where we found no phosphate additive in the ingredients, ordered by the lowest phosphorus listed on the label (products with no listed value come after). Choose a category.
- Coffee creamers – Powdered and liquid creamers often use potassium or sodium phosphate to keep them from separating.
- Deli meats & cold cuts – Sodium phosphates are added to keep sliced meats moist, and these products are often high in sodium too.
- Plant-based milks – Almond, soy, oat and other plant milks are often fortified with calcium phosphate or potassium phosphate.
These are label-based lists, not recommendations for you. Your own phosphorus and sodium limits come from your care team. Always confirm on the package.
